Potential clients have asked me many times: What's the difference between hiring a virtual assistant from your company and hiring a Freelancer?
You can search Facebook for Virtual Assistants who are freelancing. You might be able to hire someone at a lower rate than us; they could even be as skilled as our home-based workers.
What's the difference? Let me tell you about what we've done and you will be the judge.
We are a company that has been in this industry for over 6 years and have seen a lot of learning, trials, and errors. Our forte is finding the right person for your company and for your business.
Qualifying our client means that we make sure that the client is 'Virtual-Assistant-ready'. We assess the personality of our clients and ensure that they are assigned a VA who will fit their personality. Over the years, we have learned that sometimes a VA-Client relationship does not work because their personalities do not match.
We ensure that each VA is monitored during work hours. It is up to the client to manage their VA's. However, we handle all HR matters for the company. We will notify you immediately if there are any concerns and we will take the necessary steps to resolve them.
They are not wrong to admit that there are good freelancers. However, many clients come to us complaining about the difficulty of working with people who don't want to be restricted by time and place. Sometimes they can be too free. This has been eliminated by creating management system to create a work-environment.
